Noaa Barak is Senior Strategy & Engagement Manager at 4YFN, the startup platform of MWC Barcelona and the GSMA.
With an MBA and an MSc in Brain & Cognition, she leads initiatives that connect startups, investors, corporations and innovation ecosystems. Noaa has played a key role in strengthening university engagement at 4YFN and launched its Spin-off Pitch Battle, helping showcase deeptech and research-based ventures to global audiences.
