Javier Megias

Javier Megias is a 2x founder, operator, and VC investor with over 25 years of experience across startups, venture capital, and deeptech. He led Bankinter's VC program and EMEA VC funds at Plug and Play, served on company and fund boards, and built teams across complex sectors. He is currently COO of Zubi Group, an impact group active in deeptech and venture building, was C-level in a deeptech scaleup, and sits on the board of two tech-transfer vehicles: PACKA and REDIT Ventures.
