Biography
José María García Orois has a Telecommunications Engineer (MSc) from University of the Basque Country and a MBA from EAE Business School. He also holds a postgraduate diploma from the University of Oxford.
He was appointed in January 2025 as Executive Director of Business Development of the SETT. Previously, he worked as advisor in the technology and telecommunications area at the Ministry for Digital Transformation and Public Function and previously in other Ministries and private sector.
